WRTO is an academic group engaged in theoretical and practical research related to study tourism. It is a non-profit organization founded by global geoscientists and tourism experts in Canada. The institution aims to promote the integration of global study tour and tourism industry, promote the scientific development of study tour, and establish a global high-end exchange platform that combines theory and practice. The institution is led by a joint presidium from five continents around the world, bringing together global experts, scholars, officials, and business managers in the field of academic tourism research, providing a global think tank for the development of the academic tourism industry. At the same time, WRTO is also committed to the academic and practical promotion of research achievements in tourism.
